摘 要:以邻苯二甲酸酐、4-羧基邻苯二甲酸酐、尿素以及氯化亚铁为原料,钼酸铵为催化剂,通过熔融聚合的方法合成了一种新型的酞菁类化合物——对酰胺基酞菁铁(APcFe),探讨了合成条件对APcFe产率的影响,最佳合成条件为混酐与尿素的摩尔比为1∶8,钼酸铵用量3%,反应温度220℃,反应时间4h。采用元素分析、红外光谱分析、紫外光谱分析以及热重分析对APcFe的结构和热稳定性进行了验证,结果表明:合成的物质是含酰胺结构的酞菁化合物,而且该酞菁类化合物具有很好的稳定性,800℃以上APcFe的大环结构才会全部被破坏。A nove melt polymerizati 1 phthalocyanine compound, p-amide phthalocyanine iron (APcFe), was prepared by on method with phthalic anhydride, 4-carb chloride as raw materials, ammonium molybdate the production rate of APeFe was discussed and as catalyst. the oxyl phthalic anhydride, urea and ferrous The influence of synthesis conditions on 1 synthetic conditions of APcFe were got as follows. The molar ratio of mixed anhydride and urea was 1 : 8, content of ammonium molybdate was 3%, reaction temperature was 220 ℃ and reaction time was 4 h. The molecular structure and thermal stability of APcFe was verified by elemental analysis, infrared spectral analysis, ultraviolet spectral analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the synthetic material was a kind of phthalocyanine compound containing amide structure with good stability, whose macrocyclic structure could be destroyed beyond 800 ℃.
