摘  要:以丙烯腈、苯乙烯、浓硫酸等为原料,制备了2-丙烯酰胺基-2-苯基乙磺酸(AMSS)。考察了合成条件对产物收率的影响,通过红外光谱表征了合成物的结构,并对AMSS三元聚合物的API滤失性能进行了评价。其合成的最佳配比和工艺条件为:浓硫酸与苯乙烯与丙烯腈的摩尔比为1.1∶1.0∶3.5,0℃反应1.5h,45℃反应1.5h,收率为36.25%。AMSS单体的三元聚合物有良好的API降滤失性以及耐温、耐盐性能。2-Acrylamido-2-phenylethane sulfonic acid (AMSS) was prepared by using acrylonitrile, styrene, concentrated sulfuric acid as raw materials. The influence of synthetic conditions on the yield of the product was investigated and the structure of AMSS was characterized by infrared spectrosco- py. The fluid-loss performance of the synthesis of polymer AMSS was evaluated as well. The optimal ratio and conditions for synthesis were as follows. The product yield could be up to 36.2% while mole ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid, tyrene and acrylonitrile was 1.1 : 1.0 : 3.5, reacted at 0 ℃ for 1.5 h and then reacted at 45 ℃ for 1.5 h. The synthesis of AMSS polymer had very good capacities of flu- id-loss performance, temperature resistance and salt tolerance.
