摘 要:为深入研究二十辊森吉米尔轧机的板形调控性能,研究开发了专用于分析二十辊轧机板形控制性能的辊系-轧件一体化仿真模型及软件工具,对国内某厂硅钢和不锈钢轧制用二十辊森吉米尔轧机辊系及轧件的变形行为进行了仿真计算,得到了不同工况下承载辊缝曲线、ASU调节特性、第1中间辊轴向横移对边降的控制能力、第2中间辊随动辊凸度对板形调控性能影响、辊间接触压力分布等结果,进而分析了轧制过程中各板形控制手段的调控能力。To analyze shape control behavior of 20h Sendzimir mill, a special simulation model and software system integrated by roll system and strip were established and developed. In this paper, both rolls and strip deformation behavior of a Sendzimir mill for rolling silicon steel and stainless steel were simulated. A series of results were obtained including the curve of the loaded roll gap, the plate shape control characteristics of ASU, the edge control capability of the 1st intermediate roll, the effects of the 2nd intermediate drived roll and the contact pressure distribution between rolls. Then the shape control performance by some regulation means dur ing rolling was analyzed. The research revealed the shape control capability of Sendzimir mill as well as pro vides an implement for analyzing and modeling Sendzimir mill shape control process.
