摘  要:清洁能源需求和蕴藏在近海丰富的风能资源极大地推动了海上风电项目的发展,刺激了近海风电工程结构用特厚钢板的需求。由于该钢种的特殊服役条件,要求其具有-60℃芯部和横向低温冲击韧性、低碳当量易焊接性能、抗层状撕裂性能等,本文采用400mm特厚连铸板坯、低碳含铜成分设计、特厚板轧制工艺等技术,开发了355MPa级海上风电用低碳当量高韧性正火态特厚钢板,并实现了批量生产和海上风电工程的应用。Demand for clean energy and reserves in the offshore wind resources, which have greatly promoted the development of offshore wind power projects to stimulate the demand for offshore wind power engineering structures with heavy plate. The steel is serviced in the special conditions, with --60℃ core part and horizon- tal low temperature impact toughness, low-carbon equivalent easy welding performance. In this work, the de- velopment of offshore wind power for the 355MPa heavy plate in normalizing with high toughness of low car bon equivalent, by 400mm thickness continues casting slab,the composition design of low carbon with copper and the heavy plate rolling process technology, and achieve mass production and offshore wind power project applications.
