摘  要:实验研究了在回温轧制工艺下不同终轧温度对低碳钢中厚板组织性能的影响。结果表明,在不同终轧温度下试样表层和芯部组织均存在明显差异;随着终轧温度的降低,试样的强度升高,伸长率降低。终轧温度为750℃时,试样表层为超细晶组织且综合性能较好。The effects of finishing'rolling temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of low car bon steel plate by different finishing temperature re rising roliing were researched. The results showed that the microstructure both in surface and core were significant different in different finishing rolling temperature. The strength of the sample was increased and elongation decreased when finishing temperature was decreased. When finishing rolling temperature was 750℃, the comprehensive performance of plate with ultrafine grain in surface layer was perfect.
