超声心动图对心肌淀粉样变性的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图对心肌淀粉样变性的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析20例经病理证实的心肌淀粉样变性的超声心动图特征,计算超声诊断符合率。结果 14例双房增大,20例心室大小均在正常范围内;15例室间隔与左室后壁对称性增厚;15例室间隔可见均匀的点状回声增强;12例出现心包积液;8例表现为限制性充盈障碍,即E/A>2;10例合并胸腔积液。结论超声心动图是确定心肌淀粉样变性心肌是否受累的主要方法,同时结合临床表现有助于提高该病的诊断率。[Objective] To analyze the echocardiography features of cardiac amyloidosis. [Methods] E- chocardiography major changes and the clinical symptoms of 20 patients with pathology confirmed cardiac amyloidosis were analyzed retrospectively, and the compliance rate was calculated. [Results] 14 cases had large left and right atrium, 20 cases had normal ventricular; 15 cases with left ventricular septal and posterior wall thickening symmetry, 15 cases had strong echo light-spots. 12 cases had pericardial effusion; 8 cases showed restrictive filling obstacles; 10 cases had pleural effusion. [Conclusion] Echoeardiography is the pri- mary method to determine whether the involvement of the myocardial and combination with clinical symptom can improve diagnosis of primary cardiac amyloidosis.
