摘 要:目的:制备一种4-氨基吡啶缓释微丸。方法:采用挤出-滚圆法制备4-氨基吡啶微丸,用丙烯酸树脂水分散体对其包衣,并考察微丸的体外释药。结果:制得的4-氨基吡啶缓释微丸圆整度好,大小均匀,在2 h内释药40.6%,剩余药物在随后的10 h内缓慢释放完全。结论:所制得的4-氨基吡啶缓释微丸体外释药缓慢、平稳,其制备工艺简便,易于操作。Objective: To prepare 4-aminopyridine sustained-release pellets. Methods: Extrusion-spher- onization technique was introduced to prepare 4-aminopy-ridine uncoated pellets and Eudragit dispersions were used as coating materials. The in vitro dissolution of the pellets was determined. Results: The prepared 4-aminop-yri- dine sustained-release pellets had a high roundness and the particle size was homogeneous. The release percentage was 40.6% in the first two hours and almost complete in the later ten hours. Conclusion: The release of 4-amin- opyridine from sustained-release pellets is slow and steady; and the preparation technology is easy to operate
