摘  要:大佛寺矿40108综放工作面运输顺槽由于受综放工作面回采动压和周期来压的影响,顺槽顶板产生较大的变形,顶板支护强度不足导致运输顺槽整体变形严重,影响了安全生产。根据运输顺槽围岩破坏规律研究结果完成了运输顺槽修复支护方案设计和现场实施。现场监测结果表明,运顺的支护修复方案合理有效,抑制了运输顺槽围岩的进一步变形破坏,达到了预期的效果,保证了工作面安全回采。Due to the influence of dynamic pressure and periodic weighting caused by mining in fully mechanized caving face, the roof of transport crossheading in 40108 fully mechanized caving face of Dafosi Coal Mine has larger deformation. Insufficient strength of roof support leads to serious deformation of the overall transport crossheading, so it affects the safety production. According to the research results of failure law of transport crossheading, the surrounding rock transport crossheading repair support design and on - site imple- mentation are completed. The studies show that the repair scheme of transport crossheading is reasonable and effective, the further de- formation failure of the roadway surrounding rock is suppressed, and the expected support effect is achieved and ensured the safe mining of working face.
