摘 要:根据梧桐庄井下降温、制冰冷凝热回收利用以及水源热泵系统备用机组选择的需要,提出了利用多工况热泵型制冷机组作为井下局部降温井上制冰系统的制冷主机,实现了夏季"制冰+制热"、冬季供热等多种工况。进而论述了系统的工作原理及工艺流程,提出了多功能制冷机组"制冷+供热"性能评价系数,并对不同工况下机组的性能进行了对比分析;最后通过运行测试表明该系统正常运行的同时满足了不同工况要求。According to the needs of underground cooling, ice - making condensation heat recovery and water source heat pump system standby unit selection in the Wutongzhuang Coal Mine, the use of multiple - operating condition of heat pump type refrigerating unit as the refrigeration of underground local cooling well ice - making system was proposed, ice - making and heating in summer and heating in winter were achieved, and then the working principle of the system and process flow were discussed, coefficient of performance eval- uation about "cooling and heating" for multi -functional refrigerant unit is proposed, and the unit performance for different working conditions were comparatively analyzed. Finally the running test showed that the system meeted the different working conditions in normal operation.
