摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢静脉综合征的CT影像特征。方法回顾性分析11例经手术证实的卵巢静脉综合征患者的CT影像表现。结果所有患者均见输尿管卵巢静脉骑跨处梗阻并其上扩张,其中4例右侧输尿管上段结石,10例右肾结石,其中8例为多发,右肾积水明显,肾脏体积增大,肾实质不同程度变薄,2例见膀胱结石。卵巢静脉直径5～13 mm,2例在子宫周围见到曲张静脉,1例左侧卵巢静脉直径>7 mm。结论卵巢静脉综合征多为右侧卵巢静脉受累,其发生与盆腔淤血综合征有关,CT对卵巢静脉综合征的诊断有重要价值。Objective To explore the CT features of ovarian vein syndrome. Methods CT imagings of 11 patients with ovarian vein syndrome were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the ureters were found compressed and obstructed at ovary vein tided cross and the upper ureters showed expansion. 4 cases complicated with fight ureteral stones ,and 10 ca-ses complicated with fight kidney stones. Additional, obvious hydronephrosis, kidney volume enlarged, renal parenchyma thinning were found. There were 2 cases had bladder calculi. Ovarian veins showed dilated with diameter from 5 to 13mm. Varices beside uterus were observed in 2 cases. The left ovarian vein diameter was observed larger than 7mm in 1 cases. Conclusion Ovarian vein syndrome mostly involved right ovarian vein. Ovarian vein syndrome related to pelvic congestion syndrome. CT has great value in the diagnosis of ovarian vein syndrome.
