摘  要:针对薄带轧制过程中出现的振动纹,论述了轧辊振动纹对带钢振动纹存在的传递关系。通过对磨床振动测试,分析了辊面产生振动纹的原因。为了避免有纹轧辊上线轧制,需要对磨削后的轧辊进行检测,提出了一种轧辊表面振动纹检测方法,用高精度位移传感器直接测量辊面波形,既确保了检测出辊面轻微振动纹,又不会对辊面造成不利影响。The transferring of chatter marks from ground roll surfaces to sheet surfaces in the cold rolling process was discussed. The cause for chatter marks on ground roll surfaces was analyzed based on the detection of the vibration of grinding machines. In order to avoid rolling sheets with rolls having chatter marks on their surfaces, the ground roll surfaces should be inspected. In this paper, a method of measuring chatter marks on ground roll surfaces was proposed, in which a high- precision displacement sensor is used to measure the ground roll surfaces so that slight marks can be detected and damage to the surfaces can be avoided.
