收口型补片在腹股沟疝修补术中的应用(附60例报告)

摘　　要：目的:评估收口型补片SMP95958X在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的应用。方法:采用随机对照临床研究方法。选取2012年3月至2012年8月本中心收治的60例男性腹股沟疝病人,采用随机抽签的方式均分为研究组和对照组。研究组使用收口型补片,对照组使用巴德改良Kugel补片。两组病人均采用腹膜前修补术式。术后2 d和3个月各观察1次,观察术后疼痛、复发等并发症发生情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:研究组和对照组病人术后均无复发,研究组术后1例出现切口脂肪液化,对照组术后2例出现异物感;两组病人术后2 d和3个月的疼痛评分无统计学差异;所有病人均未发生术后睾丸萎缩和阴囊积液等并发症。结论:采用收口型补片腹膜前修补术治疗腹股沟疝可达到安全、有效的治疗效果。Objective To assess the application of SMIO5958X hernia patch in the inguinal hernia tension-free repair. Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was performed. From Mar 2012 to Aug 2012, 60 male patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups： SMP05958X hernia patch in study group and Bard modified Kugel patch in control group. Patients in both groups received the pre-peritoneal repair. After 2 days and 3 months observations, postoperative pain, recurrence and other complications were compared. Results No recurrent occurred in either group. One case in study group had incision fat liquefaction. Two cases in control group had sensation of foreign body. Pain scores did not differ between two groups. Complications such as postoperative testicular atrophy, scrotal hydrocele, did not occur in either group. Conclusions SMP95958X hernia patch in preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair can also reach safe and effective.
