摘　　要：为丰富电子文件管理理论体系,指导电子文件管理整合实践,本文试图结合管理整合的思想挖掘电子文件管理理论中所透射出的整合缩影。包括电子文件管理集成论与后保管模式思想体现的电子文件管理整合理念的形成;文件连续体理论、业务流程重组理论体现的电子文件管理过程的整合;电子文件管理顶层设计思想与国家战略体现的电子文件管理架构的整合。In order to enrich electronic record management theoretical system, guide the practice of electron ic record management integration. This paper attempt to probe the integration idea which electronic record management theory transmits out combined management integration thought. What electronic record manage ment integration theory and the post custody model reflect is that the forming of electronic record man agement integration idea. What the record continuum theory and business process reengineering reflect is that integration of electronic record management process. What the toplevel design idea of electronic record management and national strategy reflect is that integration of electronic record management struc ture.
