摘 要:大型电站机组轴承油膜振荡是现场常见的故障之一,处理不当可能引起严重后果。通过案例对故障发生转子、故障轴承及故障原因进行统计分析,从轴系扰动和轴瓦稳定性两方面总结归纳了油膜振荡故障的具体原因。从低频振动频率、低频振动幅值、与运行参数的关系及其它相关特征分析了油膜振荡故障特征,并对低频振动中心频率、振动幅值及波动情况进行统计分析,进一步根据故障原因总结了故障处理措施,为大型电站机组油膜振荡故障诊断提供依据,以便为机组的安全运行提供参考。Oil whip which may cause serious consequence is one of the common faults in large power station units. This paper listed the domestic oil whip typical cases, through these oil whip cases, studied for faults rotors, fault bearings and fault causes with statistical analysis, summarized the reasons of the oil whip from shaft neck too disturbance and bearings too stability combined with statistical analysis, and analyzed the vibration features from low frequency, low frequency vibration amplitude, the relationship of operation parameters and other related features, and studied for the low frequency vibration center frequency, vibration amplitude and fluctuations with statistical analysis, then given failure treatment measures according to the fault reasons. Based on the analysis, this paper presents the base for fault diagnosis of the oil whip, providing technical references for the safe operation of the oil whip in large power station units.
