摘  要:以船用汽力装置的辅汽轮机为例,根据其结构和工作原理,分析故障模式及影响,根据各因素的性能退化规律,研究探讨了汽轮辅机的功能可靠性的退化模型,进而开发了系统功能可靠性仿真算法,计算得到的功能可靠性数据符合实际系统的规律。A new method and algorithm of functional reliability simulation for marine auxiliary steam turbine is proposed in this paper. According to its structure and working principle, the failure and effect is analysised. Based on the degeneration laws of the equipment, the degeneration model of system is established. Taken marine auxiliary steam turbine as an example, the system functional reliability is simulated. The functional reliability simulation results indicate that the reliability data of the marine auxiliary steam turbine is consistent with that of the practice system.
