超声斑点追踪技术对早期高血压患者左心室扭转的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨超声斑点追踪技术对早期高血压患者左心室扭转的价值。方法 40例健康人作为对照组,40例早期高血压患者作为观察组,两组均进行常规心动图和超声斑点追踪技术的检查。结果经常规超声心动图检查,两组在左心室舒张期内径(LVDd)、左心室重量指数(LVMI)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心房内径(LAD)和左室射血分数(EF)无明显差异(P>0.05)。经斑点追踪技术检查,收缩期左心室基底部旋转角度峰值(Rot-base)、心尖部旋转角度峰值(Rot-apex)及左心室扭转角度峰值(LV-tor)方面两组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论超声斑点追踪成像技术可以准确测量心室扭转角度,从心肌解剖力学角度早期识别高血压患者心功能变化。Objective To study the value of ultrasound speckle tracking technology on left ventricular torsion of patients with hypertension. Methods Fourty healthy people were enrolled into the control group. Fourty patients with hypertension were enrolled into the observation group. They were all detected through conventional echocardiography and ultrasound tracking technology. Results In left ventricular diastolic diameter, left ventricular weigh index, septal thickness, left atrial diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction, there was any significant difference between two groups （ P 〉0.05）. In rotation angle peak systolic left ventricular base, apical rotation angle peak and left ventricular torsion angle peak, there were significant differences between two groups （ P 〈0.05）. Conelusion Ultrasound speckle tracking technology has a potential ability to evaluate the early change of heart function in patients with hypertension by measuring the twist of left ventricle.
