摘  要:利用RAPD分子标记技术对福建野生蕉3个自然居群(福州市闽侯十八重溪野生蕉—居群1,三明市尤溪野生蕉—居群2,福州市闽侯三叠井国家森林公园野生蕉—居群3,)共85个个体进行遗传多样性和聚类分析.结果表明:13条随机引物共扩增出194条清晰且重复性较好的条带,其中多态性条带155条,3个群体的多态性位点比率为48.53%、57.53%、66.88%;有效等位基因数分别为1.1291±0.2705、1.2218±0.3284、1.2176±0.3239;Nei's基因多样指数分别为0.0782±0.1533、0.1337±0.1811、0.1318±0.2025;Shannon's信息指数分别为0.1199±0.2250、0.1795±0.2626、0.2051±0.2608.3个居群间总的有效等位基因数为1.4499,Nei's基因多样指数为0.1904,Shannon's信息指数为0.2628,居群间的基因分化系数Gst为0.5635,说明3个居群均具有较高的遗传多样性和基因分化系数.58.72%的遗传变异来源于种群间,41.28%的遗传变异来源于种群内.Nei's遗传距离聚类表明,居群1和居群3先聚在一起,然后和居群2聚在一起.RAPD technique was used to assess the genetic diversity and genetic structure among 85 individuals of 3 natu- ral populations of Musa spp. , AB Group. They were from National Park of Shibachongxi( population 1 ), Youxi County of Sanming City(population 2) and National Forestry Park of Sandiejing(population 3), respectively. 13 random primers totally amplified 194 Iocis, 155 of these locis were polymorphic. The percentages of polymorphic locis indices were 45.53%, 57.53%, 66.88% ; the numbers of effective alleles were 1.1291±0.2705, 1.2218 ± 0.3284, 1.2176 ± 0.3239; the Nei's genetic diversity indices were 0.0782 ±0.1533, 0.1337±0.1811 and 0.1318 ~0.2025; the Shannon's indices were 0.1199±0.2250, 0.1795 ±0.2626 and 0.2051 ± 0.2608, respectively. Among the 3 populations, the number of effective alleles was 1.4499, Nei's gene diversity index was 0.1904, Shannon's information index was 0.2628, the genetic differentiation index was 0.5635, which showed that the 3 populations had relatively high genetic diversity and genetic differentiation. The analysis of POPGENE demonstrated that 58.72% of the variation occurred among populations, while 41.28% of the variation occurred within the population. UPGMA dendrogram of 3 populations based on Nei's genetic distance showed that population 1 clustered firstly with population 3, then with population 2.
