摘 要:测定了自然条件下槭树属3种彩叶植物复叶槭‘金叶’(Acer negundo‘Aurea’)、红花槭‘秋火焰’(A.rubrum×freema-nii‘Autumn Blaze’)、鸡爪槭‘红丝带’(A.palmatum‘Atropurpureum’)光合参数及叶绿素荧光参数日变化.结果表明,槭树属3种彩叶植物最大净光合速率、光饱和点和表观量子效率均表现为:红花槭‘秋火焰’>复叶槭‘金叶’>鸡爪槭‘红丝带’;复叶槭‘金叶’和红花槭‘秋火焰’净光合速率日变化呈"单峰"型,鸡爪槭‘红丝带’净光合速率在7:00最高.槭树属3种彩叶植物光系统Ⅱ实际光化学效率、电子传递速率日变化呈"V"型,即先下降后上升;复叶槭‘金叶’光系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率日变化呈现先降低后升高的趋势,红花槭‘秋火焰’光系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率的日变化波动较小,而鸡爪槭‘红丝带’的光系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率从7:00到17:00持续走低.Under natural conditions, an experiment was conducted to study the diurnal variations of photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of three colored-leaf species in Acer negundo ' Aurea' , A. rubrum xfreemanii ' Autumn Blaze ' and A. pa/matum ' Atropurpureum'. The results showed that the maximum net photosynthetic rate, ].ight saturation point and appar- ent quantum yield of the three colored-leaf species were all in the order of A. rubrum xfieemardi ' Autumn Blaze' 〉 A. negundo ' Aurea' 〉 A. pa/matum ' Atropurpureum' . The diurnal variations of net photosynthetic rates of A. negundo ' Aurea' and A. rubrum ~fieen^rtii' Autumn Blaze' showed a single peak, and the maximum of net photosynthetic rates was appeared at 7.00 in A. pa/matum ' Atmpurpureum'. The results also showed that diurnal variations of actual photochemical efficiency of photosystem H and electron transport rate first decreased then increased, showing V-shape in three colored-leaf species of Acer. The overall trend of maximal photochemical efficiency of photosystem II in A. negundo ' Aurea' first decreased then increased, the diurnal variation of maximal photochemical efficiency of PS H in A. rubrum xfieemanii ' Autumn Blaze' had small fluctuation, whereas the value of maximal photochemical efficiency of photosystem ]I in A. palmatum ' Atropurpureum' kept going down from 7:00 to 17:00.
