摘　　要：针对高速公路管理手段存在的局限性,对基于路网的移动视频监控系统进行了详细的设计与研究.该系统采用C/S模式,将嵌入式技术、Gtk+/Gnome技术和现代网络传输技术相结合,运用Linux环境下多线程编程方法,对系统软硬件结构及其涉及到的关键技术进行了分析.经过实践测试,所设计的嵌入式设备小巧轻便且整个系统工作性能稳定,视频监控界面清晰流畅、实时性好.能够较好地克服传统公路视频监控系统在日常管理与施工建设阶段中的缺点,使高速公路的管理更加科学完善,具有一定的实际应用价值.Aiming at the limitation of the highway management means,the mobile video surveillance system based on highway network is designed and researched in detail.The system adopts C/S model,combining the embedded technology,Gtk＋/Gnome technology and modern network technology.The system hardware structure and the key technologies involved are analyzed using multithreaded programming method in Linux environment.Through testing in practice,it proves the embedded device designed is compact and of lightweight and the whole system has stable performance;the video monitoring interface is clear and smooth,and good in real time.The design can greatly overcome the disadvantages of traditional highway video surveillance system in daily management and construction stage,making highway management more scientific and perfect,therefore,it has practical value to some extent.
