中药对高血压患者炎症反应干预效应的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价中药对高血压患者炎症反应的干预作用。方法检索CNKI、CBM、VIP、MEDLINE、Embase及Co-chrane系统评价资料库(CDSR)及Cochrane对照试验注册资料库(CCTR),检索从建库至2012年11月各资料库所有文献。筛选出符合纳入标准的文献,对其进行严格的质量评价,利用Revman 5.1软件对纳入研究结果进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇随机对照研究,共844例。中药在降低收缩压(SBP)和血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平方面与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);在降低舒张压(SDP)及血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平方面与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但有降低的趋势。GRADE评分表明研究结果质量均为低或极低质量。结论 Meta分析结果提示中药能降低高血压患者收缩压水平,并且对高血压患者部分炎症指标的改善有一定的作用,但需要进一步研究验证。Objective To evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine on inflammatory response in hypertensive patients. Methods Databases of CNKI, CBM, VIP, MEDLINE, Embase, CDSR, CCTR were searched for all available data till November 2012. Rev Man 5.1 software was used to conduct meta - analysis. GRADE profiler was used to assess the quality of the included trials. Results Totally 7 RCTs involving 844 patients were included. Compared with control group, Chinese medicine could significantly improve the hypertensive patients＇ systolic pressure（SBP） and tumor necrosis factor - α （ TNF -α） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with control group, though not statistically significance, Chinese medicine shows a tendency to improve hypertensive patients＇ diastolic pressure （DBP） , hs - CRP and IL - 6 （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. According to GRADE, the quality of all the results was low or very low. Conclusion The results of systematic review suggest that Chinese medicine could improve the hypertensive patients＇ SBP level and suppresses hypertensive patients＇ inflammatory response. However, a large number of high quality researches are still needed to support this result.
