摘  要:目的评价3种鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌方法的敏感度和特异性。方法临床分离的651株革兰阳性球菌,经革兰染色、触酶试验、VITEK2鉴定后,对试管法、玻片法、乳胶血凝法(slidexstaph-kit),鉴定葡萄球菌3种实验方法进行评价。3种实验方法结果不一致的菌株进行重复试验。用VITEK2作为"金标准",比较其他3种凝固酶方法的敏感度、特异性、准确性。结果试管法1株菌鉴定假阳性;玻片法有8株菌鉴定假阳性,乳胶血凝法有株4假阳性。结论试管法敏感度和特异性最好,其次是乳胶血凝法,玻片法的假阳性较高。Objective To evalute the sensitivity and specificity of three kinds of identification methad about staphylococcus aureus. Methods Totally 651 clinical isolates of Gram - positive cocci, after gram stain and Catalase test,were identificated by VITEK2 system. As a golden standard, the VITEK2 sensitivity and specificity results of the three kinds of coagulase test were compared. Results There were one false - positive result being found in the tube coagulase test, and 8 false - positive were found in slide coagulase test. Also, there were 4 false - positive clinical isolate in latex agglutination test. Conclusion The tube coagulase test had the best results with sensitivity and specificity in the three methods, and latex agglutination was second, and the specificity of slide coagulase test was low.
