摘　　要：目的探讨早期手术治疗面部深度烧伤所致眼睑外翻的矫正效果。方法回顾性分析笔者医院2007年1月2012年1月收治的14例面部深度烧伤致眼睑外翻患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用全厚皮片移植术矫正眼睑外翻症状。结果 14例患者中,34个眼睑所植全厚皮片全部成活,所植皮片色泽与正常健康皮肤十分接近,眼睑形态及闭合良好者32个,轻微外翻者2个,无出现眼睑挛缩症状病例,术后随访,治疗效果满意。结论早期使用全厚皮片游离移植矫正面部深度烧伤所致的眼睑外翻,患者术后形态和功能均得到较为优良的恢复,值得临床推荐和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of early plastic operation in treatment of facial burn injury induced ectropion with full thickness skin grafting. Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with facial deep burn induced ectropion in our hospital from 2007 January to 2012 January were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with full thickness skin graft for correction of lower eyelid ectropion symptoms. Results In the 14 patients, 34 eyelids by full thickness skin graft survived. The skin color was very close to normal healthy skin. There were 32 patients with eyelid morphology and closed well, 2 with slight valgus, and none had eyelid retraction. In the next follow - up, eyelid was satisfactory. Conclusion If early use of full - thickness skin grafts for treatment of facial deep burn induced ectropion, morphology and function of eyelids would get relatively good recovery, and it is worth of the clinical recommendations and applications.
