摘 要:介绍了大应变钢管应用的相关技术要求,探讨分析了大应变钢管现场焊接的技术特点和面临的难题,针对焊接材料强度不足及环焊接头近缝区软化,难以实现焊接接头高强匹配的问题,提出在环焊缝焊接时,增加盖面焊缝的宽度和余高,即采用补强的方法使得环焊接头的整体强度高于母材,并在制造过程中严格控制抗拉强度上限值,降低焊接软化程度和软化宽度,以实现环焊缝的高强匹配的。大应变钢管具有足够的强度和变形能力,对环焊接头的综合性能要求更高,实际应用中应综合考虑钢管、焊材和焊接工艺等各方面因素,才能保证大应变钢管在管道建设中安全应用。In this article, it introduced the related technical requirements of large strain steel pipe application, discussed and analyzed the technical characteristics and difficulties confronted in field welding. Aimed at some problems, such as insufficient strength of welding material, near weld zone of circumferential welded joint softening, difficultly realize high strength match for welded joint, it put forward increasing the width and reinforcement of cap weld in circumferential weld welding. That is to adopting reinforce method to make the whole strength of welded joint is higher than that of base metal, strictly control the upper limit value of tensile strength, reduce softening degree and softening width of welding, in order to realize high strength match of circumferential weld. The large strain steel pipe is with sufficient strength and deformability, its demand to overall performance of circumferential welded joint is higher. In practical application, it should comprehensively consider steel pipe, welding material, welding process and other factors, only to ensure safety application of large strain steel pipe in pipeline construction.
