摘  要:针对多轴连通式油气悬架对某型导弹发射车的振动性能的影响,基于1/4导弹发射车的数学模型和AMESim软件分别搭建了连通式油气悬架和独立式油气悬架的仿真模型。分析了这两种油气悬架刚度特性;研究了连通式油气悬架在不同的激励作用下对导弹发射车的振动性能影响,并与独立式油气悬架的导弹发射车的振动性能进行对比。研究结果表明:连通式油气悬架的刚度小于独立式油气悬架;连通式油气悬架能够有效降低车身振动加速度,平衡车桥载荷,减小车辆对地的破坏性。Considering influence of a multi-spindled interconnected hydropneumatic suspension (HPS) on a missile launcher's vibration characteristic, the simulation models of an interconnected HPS and an independent HPS were built based on the mathmatic model of 1/4 missile launcher and AMESim software. The stiffness characteristics of the interconnected HPS and the independent HPS were analyzed. With different exciting loads, the vibration characteristic of a missile launcher with an interconnected HPS was studied and compared with that with an independent HPS. The results show that the interconnected HPS stiffness is less than that of the independent HPS; the interconnected HPS can effectively improve the vibration characteristic of the missile launcher, balance different axle loads, and reduce the destructiveness of the vehicle against ground.
