摘 要:频带平均内损耗因子是利用统计能量分析预示结构振动响应的重要参数之一。论文基于二维平板结构的动力学响应解析解,研究了内损耗因子的实验辨识方法:功率输入法和脉冲响应衰减法。分别利用两种算法由仿真数据辨识结构宽频域的内损耗因子,并重点分析了频率范围和阻尼大小对算法辨识结果的影响。在此基础上,结合两种算法对新型减振复合板材料进行了悬挂振动实验研究。通过各自实验辨识结果的对比分析,得到了减振复合板材料宽频域的内损耗因子实验值,并提出了其经验估计公式,可以为该材料工程应用提供参考。Frequency-averaged damping loss factor is one of the most important parameters for structural vibration response prediction using statistical energy analysis (SEA). Two test methods for damping loss factor identification including the power input method and the impulse response decay one were studied. On the basis of the simulated data from the analytical solution of dynamic response for a two-dimensional plate structure, the damping loss factors in a wider frequency range were obtained using the two methods, respectively. Also, the influences of frequency range and structural damping on the results were analyzed. On this basis, a test investigation on a vibration damping sheet was performed using the two methods, the corresponding results were compared and combined to obtain the damping loss factors of the tested sheet. Additionally, an empirical formula for damping loss factor evaluation was proposed, it provided a valuable reference for engineering application.
