摘  要:以红皮糙果茶(Camellia crapnelliana)、宛田红花油茶(C.polyodonta)和油茶(C.oleifera)为砧木,采用切接法嫁接,设不同时间、不同砧木、接穗留叶与套袋、砧龄与穗龄、穗芽数量、砧木高度等处理进行金花茶(C.nitidissima)嫁接试验。结果表明,金花茶嫁接以2月和9月成活率较高;砧木亲和力红皮糙果茶高于宛田红花油茶和油茶,接穗留叶可显著提高嫁接成活率,秋季采用套袋的效果较好,而春季不宜套袋,砧龄1年、低砧,穗龄1年、单芽,其嫁接成活率较高。在秋季以1年生砧木采用留叶、套袋、低砧,1年生穗龄、单芽处理时,其嫁接成活率达95.57%。Experiments were conducted on grafting Camellia nitidissima for propagation with C. crapnelliana, C. polyodonta and C. oleifera as stocks, and with different grafting times, different stock and leaf kept in scion, bagging, different stock and scion ages, quantity of scion bud, height of stock. The results demonstrated that grafting of C. nitidissima had the highest survival rate in February and September. The affinity of the rootstock of C. crapnelliana was higher than that of C. polyodonta and C. oleifera. Leaf kept in scions could significantly improve the survival rate of grafting. The survival rate of grafting was higher with bagging in Autumn than in Spring, using 1-year low stock and scion with single bud.
