摘  要:采用由化学成分与20Cr钢近似的2种汽车齿轮钢制备了尺寸为外径70 mm、内径40 mm、厚25 mm的试样,研究了奥氏体晶粒度对其热处理畸变的影响以及轧制工艺对奥氏体晶粒度的影响。结果表明,奥氏体晶粒较细的试样,其淬火畸变比奥氏体晶粒较粗的试样小;提高轧制温度有助于试样获得细小的奥氏体晶粒,从而减小其淬火畸变。The effect of austenite grain size on the heat treatment distortion and the effect of rolling practice on the austenite grain size were investigated with the specimens 70 mm OD by 40 mm ID by 25 mm thickness made of two types of automotive gear steel similar to 20Cr steel in chemical composition. The results indicate that the quenching distortion of the specimen with finer austenite grain is smaller relative to that of the specimen with coarser austenite grain; and that the increase in the rolling temperature will help the specimens to offer fine austenite grain, and consequently to decrease the quenching distortion.
