浅谈健康住宅设计——以东莞理工学院教师村为例

摘　　要：首先概括描述了健康住宅的定义和设计理念,然后从健康住宅涉及的两大部分——室内环境和室外环境详细论述教师村住宅的设计。室内环境的设计主要包括户型和热环境、通风、防噪、采光等物理环境的考虑,外部空间环境的营造主要包括教师村所在地松山湖的优良自然生态环境以及教师村内的和谐环境营造。并分析了教师村规划设计中存在的不足,总结出健康舒适住宅在设计时应考虑的因素。This article describes some concepts of the design of healthy buildings from the interior and exterior environment. The interior environment involves the type of house, physical environment of heat, wind, noise - avoidance and light; and the exterior environment involves the large - scale fine environment of the location of the teacher＇ s village-Songshan Lake district and the small environment created by the teacher＇ s village. Some factors of designing a healthy house have been summarized based on the analysis of the shortcoming from the design and plan.
