中国大学创新精神缺失因素探析

摘　　要：大学创新精神不仅是大学精神的体现,更是培育大学创新力的首要条件,是大学长期存在和发展的重要思想基础。但是,与西方发达国家相比,中国大学创新力不足。其根本原因在于:法律的缺失、传统教育模式的束缚、大学内部行政化的制约和大学"国学"教育的缺失。深入研究这些因素,有助于进一步梳理和深化大学改革的重点,真正使大学脱离世俗的干扰,回归本位。University initiative spirit is not only the embodiment of the spirit of university, but also the precondition for nurturing university creativity, and is the important ideological basis for long - term existence and development of university. However, compared with western developed countries, China＇s university lacks creativity. The main reasons lie in： the lack of legal, the bondage of traditional education model, the re- straint of university internal administratiye, and the shortage of ＂ National Studies＂ . Further studying these factors contributes to further understanding and deepening the key of university reform, and really separates the university from the secular interference, and returns to the standard.
