摘　　要：实践能力培养是当前大学教育改革的重点。在生命科学人才培养中,加强和完善野外实践教学基地,使理论教学和实践教学紧密结合,对于提升学生创新能力、实践能力、自主学习能力,对于培养精英人才具有重要意义。兰州大学生物学综合野外实习在实习基地建设、教学内容改革、实习教材编写、考核方式和专题报告等方面进行了多年的探索与实践,使学生的实践技能、基本科研能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力都得到全面训练提高,综合素质明显提高。To train the practical ability is the key for current university educational reform. In training talents in life sciences, strengthening and perfecting the field practical teaching base, and combining the the- oretical teaching and practical teaching, has great significance to improve students＇innovative ability, practi- cal ability, and self - learning ability, and to train excellent talents. The comprehensive field practice of biol- ogy in Lanzhou University makes exploration and practice on constructing practice base, reforming teaching content, compiling practice materials, and evaluation mode, and special report, etc for many years, which helps students entirely improve their practical ability, basic research ability, and the ability of analyzing and solving problems, and the comprehensive quality.
