摘 要:波浪浮标的标体直径一般为1m以下,这类浮标已在我国海洋监测台站使用了20余年。由于标体体积太小,在海上容易被过往的船只碰坏,且电池容量太小,需要经常出海维护。为了尽快解决浮标的海上安全问题以及浮标的长期供电问题,提出了开发新型3m多参数波浪浮标系统。该系统主要解决2个问题:第一,通过增大浮标体体积,以提高浮标在海上的安全性;第二,解决浮标电源的长期供电以及减少用户到海上的维护次数。解决的关键技术是如何在标体增大的情况下浮标的随波性要满足测波要求以及在不影响浮标随波性的前提下,实现水文、气象多要素参数的同步观测。The diameter of wave buoy is generally less than lm. Such buoys have been used for more than 20 years in China ocean monitoring stations. The buoy is too small to break easily by passing vessels in the sea. It also requires sea maintenance frequently because of small battery capacity. In order to resolve the buoy offshore safety issue and the long-term power supply as soon as possible, a new 3m multi-parameter wave buoy system is developed. The system is mainly to solve two problems. First, the security of the buoy in the sea is improved by increasing the volume of the buoy. Second, the number of maintenance by the user is reduced and long-term power supply of the buoy is resolved. The key technology is how to meet the requirements of measuring wave when the volume of buoy increased, and how to realize simultaneous observation for hydrological and meteorological parameters under the condition of not affecting the property of buoy along with wave.
