粗氩中氧含量持续偏高的分析与解决

摘　　要：电网波动导致23500 m3/h空分设备联锁停车,随后按正常操作方法重新启动,空分设备运行正常。在投运制氩系统后,除粗氩和精氩中氧含量持续居高不下外,其余参数均正常。故障原因是制氩系统停运后发生了冰堵,通过对制氩系统进行加温吹除排除了故障。简介空分设备制氩流程和故障经过,阐述故障原因的分析过程。Fluctuation of grid results in interlocked shutdown of 23500 m3/ h air separation plant,which was resumed to normal operation after starting with normal operation procedures.After putting argon generation system into operation,except for continuous high oxygen content in crude argon and fine argon,other parameters are normal and the trouble is attributed to ice blocking after shutdown of argon generation system.The trouble is eliminated after warming and blowing of the argon generation system.Here,the argon generation process of the air separation plant and the trouble course are briefed,and the causes for the trouble are analyzed.
