摘　　要：为了充分了解目前医学生临床实习的现状及实习中出现的问题,采取调查问卷的形式,对广东省人民医院临床医学实习生进行调查研究。调查数据能够直接的、鲜明的反映出一些临床实习实际中存在的问题,从而更加准确地把握目前医学生在实习中的实际情况,进而更好地为医学实习生的教学改革提供重要参考依据,最终提高医学实习生实习质量,为国家培养合格的医学人才。Through a survey of medical interns, the authors can fully understand the status of medical students＇internship and practical issues. Guangdong General Hospitals＇ internships join this investigation in our paper. Some internship and practical issues can directly and apparently be found, thus the actual situation of the medical students in the internship being more accurately grasped. This investi- gation will better provide an important reference for the hospital medical trainee teaching reform, and ultimately improve the probation quality of medical interns so as to train qualified medical talents for the country.
