埋线配合艾灸及放血治疗雄激素源性脱发的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察埋线配合艾灸、放血疗法治疗雄激素源性脱发的临床治疗效果,并分析其影响因素。方法将2005年12月—2012年3月来我院就诊的84例雄激素源性脱发随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组42例。对照组采用口服非那雄胺治疗,治疗组采用埋线配合艾灸、放血疗法治疗。治疗时间均为3个月,治疗前及治疗1、3、6个月后检测血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)的水平,予以记录并计算其比值。结果治疗3、6个月后治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组T、E2及T/E2差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3、6个月时治疗组T/E2均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论埋线配合艾灸及放血疗法对治疗雄激素源性脱发有确切的疗效,能最大程度减轻患者痛苦,治疗的同时,也要缓解其精神压力,改善生活质量。Objective To observe clinical effects of catgut embedding combined with moxibustion and bloodlet- ting in treatment of androgenetic alopecia, and to analyze the related factors. Methods A total of 84 patients with andro- genetic alopecia during December 2005 and March 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into therapy group （ n = 42） and control group （ n = 42）. Patients in control group were treated with finasteride tablets, while patients in therapy group were treated with catgut embedding combined with moxibustion and bloodletting. The treatment cycle was 3 months. Serumal testosterone levels （T） and serumal estradiol levels （ E2 ） of the two groups before treatment, at 1s＇ , 3rd and 6＇h month after treatment were detected, and ratios of T/E2 were calculated. Results The total effective rates at 3^td and 6^th month treatment in therapy group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant differences in T, E2 and T/E2 ratios of two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. T/E2 ratios at 3ra and 6th month treatment in therapy group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The method of catgut embedding combined with moxibustion and bloodletting in treatment of androgenetic alopecia may get a certain of effect, reduce patients＇pains, relieve patients＇stresses and improve patients＇quality of life.
