中风胶囊治疗急性脑出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中风胶囊在急性脑出血治疗中的临床疗效。方法将120例脑出血急性期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组仅予以常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中风胶囊治疗,14 d后评价疗效及血液流变学指标。结果治疗组总有效率为87%,高于对照组总有效率73%(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标优于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论中风胶囊治疗急性脑出血具有显著疗效。Objective To explore curative effect of Zhongfeng capsules in treatment of acute cerebral hemor- rhage. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral henmrrhage were randomly divided into therapy group （n = 60） treated with Zhongfeng capsules combined with routine treatment and control group （ n = 60） treated with routine treatment. Curative effect and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were evaluated after 14 d of treatment. Results The total effective rate of therapy group （ 87% ） was higher than that （73 % ） of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Hemorheology index of therapy group after treatment was better than those before treatment in therapy group and after treatment in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zhongfeng capsules may be effective in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.
