摘　　要：通州湾是江苏省沿海开发的重要组成部分,也是南通市今后一段时期重要的经济增长极,与其他沿海地区相比,通州湾开发建设具有自身独有的优势。在分析通州湾开发建设优势和制约因素的基础上提出对策建议,期待能为通州湾的开发建设提供参考。Tongzhou Bay, as an important part of coastal development in Jiangsu Province,will be a significant economical growth pole of Nantong in the future. Compared with other coastal areas,Tongzhou Bay enjoys unique advantages in its construction and development. With the advantages and restraints analyzed, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures in an attempt to provide references for the construction and development of Tongzhou Bay.
