摘　　要：司法鉴定标准是司法鉴定的重要依据,然而当前我国司法鉴定标准在理论研究、体系框架构建以及具体标准的研制上却存在一些问题,导致司法鉴定标准制定工作严重滞后,很多鉴定项目缺乏鉴定标准。为此,作者建议,应当尽快制定适合中国现实司法需要的司法鉴定标准的基本原则,在现有行政管理体制下构建我国司法鉴定标准管理机构体系和司法鉴定技术标准体系。The judicial authentication standard is an important forensic evidence in judicial authentication. However, there have existed certain deficiencies in theoretical research, framework establishment, and the re- search and development of specific criteria, resulting in a laggard development in forensic standard establish- ment. As a result, no judicial standards can be used in a good many forensic projects. The authors thereby sug- gest that the basic principles of judicial authentication standards should be developed and established in China and a forensic standard management agencies system and forensic technology standard system should be con- structed under the current China＇s administrative institution.
