摘 要:采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR测定了甜菜夜蛾幼虫不同龄期、3龄幼虫不同组织和不同部位GSTs1基因mR-NA的相对表达量以及低剂量氯虫苯甲酰胺对甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫GSTs1基因mRNA相对表达量的影响。结果表明:不同龄期甜菜夜蛾幼虫GSTs1基因相对表达量有差异,其在3龄期的相对表达量最高且是5龄期的7.4倍,1龄时期的相对表达量次之;3龄幼虫的GSTs1基因在脂肪体的mRNA相对表达量高于体壁、中肠及马氏管,胸部的相对表达量高于头部和腹部;使用0.05mg/L氯虫苯甲酰胺处理甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫,GSTs1基因相对表达量是未处理组的2.31倍。研究结果为进一步研究氯虫苯甲酰胺在甜菜夜蛾体内的代谢与GSTs1基因的关系提供参考。The expression quantities of GSTsl mRNA in Spodoptera exigua (H^ibner) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) larvae at different stages and in different tissues and parts of the third-instar larvae were studied by quantitative RT-PCR method. The results showed that the expression quantity of GSTsl gene in S. exigua was different be- tween stages. The highest expression level in the third-instar larvae was 7.4-fold higher than that in the fifth-in- star larvae, and the lowest was observed in the first-instar larvae; moreover, the expression level in fat body was relatively higher than that in integument, mid-gut and malpighian tubule, and the expression level in thorax was also higher than that in head and abdomen. In order to further identify the induction of chlorantraniliprole to GSTsl gene, the relative expression abundance of GSTsl gene from third-instar larvae treated with chlorantranil- iprole was also analyzed. The results suggested that expression level of GSTsl gene in the third-instar larvae trea- ted with chlorantraniliprole was 2.31-fold higher than that of the susceptible strain. The results were helpful for further study of the metabolism of chlorantraniliprole involved with GSTsl gene in S. exigua.
