摘  要:为了明确不同棉花品种游离脯氨酸含量与抗蚜性的关系,为早期鉴定棉花抗蚜性和抗性品种选育提供理论依据,对新疆棉区主栽的9个棉花品种进行了蕾期抗蚜性鉴定,测定了不同品种非受害与受蚜害条件下的游离脯氨酸含量。正常棉株与蚜害棉株蕾期游离脯氨酸含量均存在显著差异,高抗品种‘新海21号’和抗蚜品种‘新杂棉2号’的游离脯氨酸含量较高,棉株在受蚜虫刺吸胁迫后,游离脯氨酸含量大幅度增加,感蚜品种增加的幅度不如抗蚜品种明显,游离脯氨酸含量与蚜害指数呈极显著负相关。可以认为棉株中的游离脯氨酸是重要的抗蚜物质,在棉花品种固有抗蚜性及诱导抗蚜性中有明显作用。In order to provide theoretical basis for identification and breeding resistance to aphids in Xinjiang, we studied the correlation between resistance to aphids and free proline of different cotton varieties. We collected 9 cotton varieties in Xinjiang area, and then, under normal and injured conditions, identified free proline content in different varieties of budding stage. The results showed that free proline content was significantly different be- tween normal and injured cottons. For example, free proline content in injured cotton of highly resistant varie- ties, such as 'Xinhai 21' and ' Xinza cotton 2', was higher than other testing cotton varieties. On the contrary, the free proline content in injured cotton of susceptible varieties was lower. Free proline content was substantially increased as individuals were injured by aphids, and free proline content in resistance varieties was significantly greater than that in susceptible varieties. Free proline content was significantly negatively correlated with cotton damage index. According to the results, we can draw a conclusion that the free proline is an important substance for resistance to aphids, and obviously affects the inherent and inducible resistance in cotton varieties.
