摘  要:采用局部枯斑法从云南罗平植烟区烟草根际土壤中筛选了一株对烟草普通花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)具有显著拮抗活性,且具有Amp筛选抗性的细菌菌株YNLP-2。通过菌体形态鉴定、16SrDNA序列比对和生理生化测定表明该菌株为蜡样芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。菌株浓度在5.6×108 cfu/mL时,对TMV抑制效率高达99%以上。透射电镜观察显示B.cereus YNLP-2菌株对TMV病毒粒体的破坏作用表现为该菌株可将TMV典型的杆状病毒粒体破坏成小片段。SDS-PAGE电泳发现该菌株对TMV病毒外壳蛋白无破坏作用。田间抗病毒小区试验显示该菌株对病毒病综合防治效果达到45.65%,与宁南霉素效果相当。In this study, a bacterial strain named YNLP-2 was screened from soil samples of Luoping, Yunnan Province, and showed significant antivirus activity against the Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and anti-ampicillin characteristics. The strain YNLP-2 was determined as Bacillus cereus through mycelia morphology, sequence anal- ysis of 16S rDNA and physiological and biochemical tests. At the concentration of 5.6×10^8 cfu/mL, the anti-virus capacity of the strain was above 99%. B. cereus YNLP-2 could disrupt the particles of TMV into small chunks. However, YNLP-2 strain could not influence the coat protein of TMV based on SDS-PAGE analysis. B. cereus YNLP-2 showed the same control efficiency as ningnanmycin for TMV disease with an incidence rate of 45.65%.
