摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展、网络的广泛普及和公众民主意识的增强,如何有效地管控网络媒体已成为一个值得高度重视的问题。加强网络舆情引导方法和策略的研究也显得日益重要。当前应从对网络信息传播特点的深入分析中探索科学的引导方法,在对信息传播主体的深入研究中寻找有效的引导策略,在对不同媒体相互影响和互动规律的把握中尝试合理的管控方法。With the development of IT, the widely used Internet and the democratic consciousness, how to keep the Internet under control remains a problem, so it is increasingly important to strengthen the resear-ches of guiding strategy. Now the correct guiding way should be explored according to the Internet charac-teristics of dissemination and the subject of information dissemination should be researched deeply to seek an effective guiding strategy and control ways.
