摘  要:中国具有世界上最大的洋葱生产面积和产量,但由于国内洋葱新品种选育进展缓慢,生产上主要以引进国外进口品种为主,生产成本高,降低了农民的经济效益,严重制约了中国洋葱产业的发展。深入研究洋葱种质资源遗传多样性有助于加快中国洋葱育种进程,提高育种效率和质量。从洋葱的起源与分类、形态学水平、细胞学水平、生化水平及分子水平等方面综述了洋葱种质资源遗传多样性的研究进展,并对优质新品种选育的研究进行了展望。China has the world's largest production area and yield of onion, however, due to the slow advances in breeding new varieties of domestic onions, production mainly depends on importing varieties introduced from abroad. High cost of production reduces the economic benefits of farmers, which seriously restricts the development of our onion industry. Study on the genetic diversity of germplasm resources of onion not only accelerate the onion breeding process but also improve breeding efficiency and quality. Several aspects of research for genetic diversity of germplasm resources of onion, including origin and classification, morphological markers, cytological markers, biochemical markers, and DNA markers were reviewed in the paper, and the study of high-quality new varieties breeding was discussed.
