摘  要:钢芯铝绞线(ACSR)在使用过程中,钢芯与铝股共同承担张力载荷作用。由于导线的结构特性,各层股线的应力状态是不同的。以ACSR-720/50型架空导线为研究对象,运用ANSYS软件建立架空导线的几何模型,通过适当的FE(有限元)处理得到架空导线的有限元模型,确立模型求解的边界条件,进行数值模拟。分析结果表明,在10%RTS(额定拉断力)轴向拉力作用下,钢芯和铝股的等效应力最大值分别为74 MPa和31.8 MPa,得出钢芯与导体层的应力分布比例和单股上的最大切应力由内层到外层逐渐减小的结论;在远离吊线夹端面的横截面上,铝股内层等效应力值较大;距离吊线夹端面越近,铝股中层及外层的应力受端面约束力的影响越大;铝股端面的等效应力呈现由外层到内层逐渐增大的趋势,在不考虑其它因素的情况下,铝股内层在轴向拉力作用下首先产生失效的可能性较大,由此解释了吊线夹截面附近的金属屈服与疲劳应力的危险因素所在。Power transmission using overhead line,which is made of steel wire core and aluminium strands of the aluminium conductor steel reinforced(ACSR) conductor share tension during working process.As the structural characteristics of different layers of the conductor,the stresses which the strands suffered are different.In this paper ACSR-720/50 type overhead line was taken as the research object.The overhead line model is established with ANSYS Finite Element(FE) software.The finite element model of overhead line can be acquired by appropriate meshing operation.The boundary conditions are set with the application conditions.Calculation results show that the maximum von mises stresses of the steel wire core and aluminium strands are 74 MPa and 31.8 MPa respectively on 10% axial rated tensile strength(RTS).The shear stress on the single-strands gradually decreases from the inside to the outside.Von mises stress of aluminum inner layer on cross-section of hanging clamp away from the end face is larger.More closer to the end face of hanging clamp,effects of binding tensile force on von mises stresses of aluminum middle layer and outer layer are larger.Von mises stresses on end face of hanging clamp increase from outside to inside gradually.The aluminum inner layer will get failure firstly under axial tensile force.
