摘　　要：2013年4月27日，三一重工2012年报如期发布。这是被称作工程机械上市公司“三驾马车”、行业领跑者的徐工机械（000425）、中联重科（000157）、三一重工（600031）中，最后一家发布的公司年报。三一重工2012年报，恰为2008年金融风暴以来，工程机械三驾马车走过的跌宕起伏五年，画上了句号。Within the ive years from 2008 to 2012, the hottest Keywords related to macro-economy were 'financial tsunami', 'maintaining a sound and stable economic growth', '4 trillion Yuan ($587 billion) stimulus package', 'macro-economic adjust ment a nd control ', 'economic downturn pressure', etc. he dynamic data in the annual reports of the three leading listed construction machinery companies over the past ive years showed the signiicant inluence of these events represented by the hottest keywords without exception. By analyzing and discussing the annual reports (from 2008 to 2012) of the three leading listed construction machinery companies, we can conclude that over the past five years, the three leaders have seen enormous increases in their main business revenues and net proits by several times to dozens of times, tremendously expanded their businesses and achieved rapid and leapfrog development through a string of tough challenges, such as inancial tsunami, 4 trillion Yuan ($587billion) stimulus package, macro-economic adjustment and control and economic downturn pressure. The top three major construction machinery manufacturers have grown into the pacesetters of the industry.
