摘 要:针对深部综放回采巷道高地应力、高地温、易受采动或构造应力影响、巷道围岩变形大、支护困难等问题,采用高强度、高刚度、高可靠性和大延伸率的支护材料进行了初步支护设计,并对初步设计模拟结果进行了二次支护设计,确定了合理的支护方案及参数。现场应用支护效果监测结果表明:该支护方案有效控制了巷道变形与破坏,保证了巷道的安全与稳定。In view of existing problems in roadway for fully mechanized caving in deep mining, such as high stress, high temperature and susceptible to mining or construction stress, serious deformation of surrounding rock resulting in difficult support, a kind of supporting material with high strength, high stiffness and high ductility was adopted in the preliminary supporting design. The secondary supporting design was also prepared based on the simulation results from preliminary design, and reasonable support scheme and parameters were finally determined. It can be seen from the monitoring result of on-site supporting effect that, such support scheme can effectively control the deformation and destruction of roadway, ensuring the security and stability of the roadway.
