摘 要:以国外某铅锌硫化矿为研究对象,在工艺矿物学研究基础上采用铅锌优先浮选流程,确定了最佳药剂制度,最终获得了铅品位为71.81%、回收率87.59%的铅精矿和锌品位为57.28%、回收率88.33%的锌精矿。选锌尾矿通过摇床重选,可以获得锌品位为22.56%、回收率5.88%的低品位锌精矿。Based on the process mineralogy study, a Pb-Zn selective flotation approach was adopted for a lead-zinc su.lfide ore from abroad. Lead concentrate with Pb grade and recovery of 71.81% and 87.59%, respectively, and zinc concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 57.28% and 88.33%, respectively, were obtained. Meanwhile, a low-grade zinc concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 22.56% and 5.88%, respectively, was as well recovered by tabling from zinc-separation railings.
