摘 要:云南某氧化铅锌矿原矿含铅1.44%,含锌7.04%,泥化严重,且嵌布粒度细,针对该矿石,在不脱泥的条件下,采用硫化-黄药法浮铅和硫化-胺法浮锌工艺流程,并对传统的药剂制度进行了改进,最终获得了铅品位为30.74%、铅回收率为64.66%的铅精矿和锌品位为23.51%、锌回收率为71.02%的锌精矿,实现了铅、锌的分选回收。To treat an extremely muddy and finely-disseminated lead-zinc oxide ore from Yunnan with Pb and Zn content of 1.44% and 7.04%, respectively, a Pb/Zn selective flotation flowsheet without a desliming process was adopted, which is comprised of a sulphidizing flotation of lead minerals with xanthate as the collector and a sulphidizing fotation of zinc minerals with amine as the collector, with an optimized reagent system. Finally, a lead concentrate with Pb grade and recovery of 30.74% and 64.66%, and a zinc concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 23.51% and 71.02% respectively, can be reclaimed, showing that lead and zinc resources in this ore can be separated and recovered effectively.
