摘 要:水利水电输水隧洞因地质条件和供水需求不同,经常在同一隧洞不同部位其洞径和洞形设计各不相同,在二衬混凝土衬砌施工时,会给施工企业造成模板购置加工成本高、效益下降的现实问题。结合山西省中部引黄输水隧洞工程实例,在吸收先进经验基础上,经室内多方案模拟计算与优化设计,最终研究设计出一套成本低、适用形式全、经济效益高的隧洞衬砌模板台车技术。Both diameter and outline of the same tunnel at different sections are designed differently because of the different geological conditions and water-supply requirements. When the concrete lining is constructed, high cost for formwork purchase and processing as well as profit reduction are caused to the construction company. In combination of the engineering practice of the water transmission tunnel of the Yellow River diversion project in central Shanxi Province as well as based on the learning of the advanced construction experience, a technology for construction of the formwork trolley for the tunnel lining with lower cost, complete applicable modes and high economic efficiency is finalized through the simulating calculation and optimizing design with a couple of alternatives.
