摘　　要：梅州金柚是广东省特色农产品,将柚皮制作成食品配料,使得加工副产品变废为宝,减少资源浪费,提高产品附加值,促进农民增收。Meizhou gold pomelo characteristic agricultural products in Guangdong province, and it can be made into food ingredients naringin to make processing byproducts turn waste intotreasure, reduce waste of resources, increase product added value and increase farmers＇ income.
