摘  要:油气井进行水力压裂时,针对影响裂缝高度的因素,选用合理的控缝措施显得尤为重要。本文针对西北某油田,选用合理的参数进行了正交实验,对射孔段厚度、排量、应力差、杨氏模量、断裂韧性和压裂液粘度这六个影响缝高的因素利用FracproPT压裂模拟软件进行了模拟分析,得出了其影响规律,并针对此规律对该区块压裂改造施工给出了相应的控缝措施。在对该区块压裂施工参数优化模拟中,通过运用百目砂间隔注入形成人工隔层和变排量加砂技术,成功的控制了压裂裂缝的高度。When the well is in hydraulic fracturing,it is particularly important to choose reasonable measures on account of the factors which influence on the fracture height for controlling the crack height.In allusion to a northwest oilfield,the reasonable parameters had been chosen and the orthogonal experiments had been made.From the experiments,six factors(Perforation Length,Displacement Volume,Stress Difference,Young's Modulus,Fracture Toughness and Fracturing Fluid Viscosity) which influence on the crack height had been simulation analyzed by using FracproPT fracturing design software,and the influence laws of them had been obtained.Based on these laws,the corresponding crack height control methods for the fracturing transformation construction of this block had been put forward.In the Optimization simulation of the fracturing construction parameters in this block,making the artificial layer by interval inject the 100 mesh sand,using variable displacement sand-up technology had been used and the fracturing crack height had been controlled successfully.
